Hobo loves to cook locally sourced green food and spend a lot of time in the nature foraging berries, mushrooms, they also grow their own herbs and vegetables in a hydroponic system located in the restaurant. It’s a great honour to have Hobo do this oven takeover at Omnipollos Hatt and we are looking forward to this day.
