Samson & Richter [HHAS, Malmö] (21–01)
Two of Malmö’s biggest purveyors of soulful house music joined forces for the first time last autumn and the their bromance have simply blossomed since.
Samson Tricep is the founder of Radio Ystadsgatan, the bedroom experiment that evolved into a live broadcast with both local and international guests and thousands of listeners.
Especially fond of re-making classic RnB classics and just emigrated to the capital he is set to keep on spreading the the love that only house can convey.
Carl Richter, no stranger to HOBO hotel, has been active in the Malmö scene for some 7 years now with several clubs under his belt, including the colourful FAUNA concept and several events in Copenhagen.
He’s also the brains behind the label/crew Hi-Hat Appreciation Society (H.H.A.S.) and a frequent edit maker himself.
As a duo we think it’s safe to say that you can expect house in shifting nuances with an undeniable feeling and a constant groove.
