Beaujolais Nouveau is around the corner! Who doesn’t love juicy, fruity reds? We at Hobo do for sure.

The third Thursday of November is the day to open those first bottles fresh out of the wineries and that calls for a celebration. We’ll let rural, southern Burgundy take over the kitchen as well: prepare for rillettes, charcuteries, marrow, patées, cheeses and terrines.
