OUR IMPACT
Intentions don’t matter – actions do. At Hobo, we prioritize both people and planet through our dedicated sustainability program We Care. We take responsibility for our actions, both inside and outside our doors, by giving back to our community and society. This gives everyone in our building, regardless of their position, the opportunity to make a difference. That can include working with our hydroponic plant system, promoting the sustainable food in the restaurant and our cleaning concept where we only clean upon request. All of this contributes to the goal of becoming a carbon-neutral company.
Cleaning on
Request
To be kind to the environment, Hobo has introduced the concept of "cleaning on Request." As a guest, you let us know when you'd like your room cleaned, instead of having to indicate when you don't, as is common in other hotels. It's simple, convenient, and sustainable.
PLANET
| FOOD At Hobo, we embrace a sustainable food philosophy. With global inspiration, we combine naturally local ingredients. Each ingredient is carefully selected to ensure freshness and to support our community. The menu changes with the seasons and, most importantly, according to the mood of our head chef, Seb. HIGH-TECH FARMING A bit of greenery never hurt, especially in our food. That's why we've created our own garden, which you can find in our reception area. Sustainable, tastier, and beautiful—can it get any better? A WIDE SELECTION OF NATURAL WINES As the name suggests, natural wines are made as naturally as possible. These wines are crafted with respect for the environment, just as we prioritize at Hobo. Sustainable and incredibly delicious—what's not to love COLLABORATION WITH LOCAL BREWERIES At Hobo, we always strive to work as locally as possible, and we reflect this in our choice of breweries. Some of our favorites, which you can find here, include Omnipollo, Nya Carnegie, and Stockholm Brewing Co. HOBO MARKET Welcome to Hobo Market, where you can showcase everything from handmade crocheted stuffed animals to secondhand clothing. There are no fees, and all profits go directly to you. How fun is that? |
