FOOD PHILOSOPHY
How to describe the Hobo Kitchen? Think of it, maybe, like a flirt between the South European food tradition, classic comfort food, and a hyper-local Swedish take. And, above all, a no fuss principle. Simple and authentic. Somewhere around there is where you’ll find us.

THE MENU
In our kitchen, you’ll find everything from toasts and beef tartare to a really good slice of our own pizza. We source everything with care, picking our greens from our own indoor garden in the lobby. This way, everything is fresh and we support our community of farmers and suppliers.

OUR PIZZAS
All our pizzas are made by hand with high-quality Italian flour. We proof the dough slowly for 48 hours. Each pizza weighs 280g and is served as a pinsa with a fluffy texture and a thicker crust.

CO-WORK CAFÉ
A place for coffee and whatever else your day calls for. We serve really good coffee from Johan & Nyström (because you shouldn’t have to compromise on coffee). We also offer freshly baked goods, all made in-house, alongside sandwiches. Plus drinks hot and cold.

Whether you’re deep in work mode, halfway through a podcast, or just looking for a midday break, there’s always a reason to drop by.

WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY FROM 12 PM

LUNCH MENU
Hungry? Or just craving a proper pizza slice or a fresh salad? Then this is the place to be. From Wednesday to Sunday, we serve lunch in the lobby bar. 

No reservations. No hassle. Just good food, a great atmosphere, and an excuse to hang around a little longer.

LUNCH IS SERVED
WEDNESDAY – SUNDAY 12 PM – 4 PM 
…and then we switch to the evening menu.

Sustainability

Our close relationship with farmers and suppliers is one of the most valuable friendships we have. Constantly developing our menus together with the seasons is central. We focus a lot on preserving what's best at the time, so that we have an interesting menu all year around.

Psst! Not to miss: our Hobo Food Market. Did you fall in love with something particular from our menu? We’ve got you. In our lobby, you’ll find an assortment of some hand picked gems from the kitchen. Fine olives, sardines, and local cheese, all screaming “take me home”.
