How to describe the Hobo Kitchen? Think of it, maybe, like a flirt between the South European food tradition, classic comfort food, and a hyper-local Swedish take. And, above all, a no fuss principle. Simple and authentic. Somewhere around there is where you’ll find us.

THE MENU
In our kitchen, you’ll find everything from toasts and beef tartare to a really good slice of our own pizza. We source everything with care, picking our greens from our own indoor garden in the lobby. This way, everything is fresh and we support our community of farmers and suppliers.

Sustainability

Our close relationship with farmers and suppliers is one of the most valuable friendships we have. Constantly developing our menus together with the seasons is central. We focus a lot on preserving what's best at the time, so that we have an interesting menu all year around.
