To celebrate Love Month at Hobo, our Head Chef Seb has invited his friend, Frida Bäcke from Socker Sucker, to create some delicious chocolates. Frida Bäcke is one of Sweden’s top-ranked pastry chefs. In 2018, Seb and Frida won the Culinary World Cup, and in 2024, they collaborated to create the Nobel Prize dessert. If that’s not convincing enough… She has also been awarded Pastry Chef of the Year, as voted by the industry, in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
