Frida Lif is a Swedish pop artist based in Stockholm, with roots in Upplands Väsby. Trained at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, Frida's music is influenced by the likes of Veronica Maggio, Linnea Henriksson, and Petra Marklund.

Frida's musical journey traces back to her childhood, when she stumbled upon one of her grandfather’s finely crafted violins - a testament to his skills as a luthier. This early encounter ignited her passion for music, leading her to sing along to Melodifestivalen in her bedroom from the age of six, and eventually embracing the violin herself, notably playing her grandfather's instrument adorned with the engraving "No. 2. While she did master the violin, her heart truly resonated with singing.

Since the debut of "Du och jag," which stormed onto the scene with a powerful presence, debuting on New Music Friday on Spotify Sweden and securing placements on several key official Spotify Playlists, Frida Lif had a promising debut. Her forthcoming single, ‘Bryr du dig,’ delves into a soulful realm, drawing inspiration from her poignant breakup. The track reflects on her ex’s reluctance to let go yet hesitance to commit, serving as Lif's first composition post-breakup.
