KITCHEN TAKEOVER by Animo

On the 24th of April we have the honor to have Anders Karlsson from the top ranked restaurant Animo. Our Head chef Seb and Anders have a long history in the Swedish Culinary Teams together. Now they’re reunited once again to make a special menu for the Hobo Market. You’ll get some of the signature dishes from Animo and also a take on our popular pizzas.
