Hungry? Welcome to our kitchen, where we’ve crafted a menu that marries the vibrancy of global inspiration with the given choice of local ingredients. We source everything with care, ensuring freshness while supporting our community. Menu changes according to seasons. 

Here you will find everything from chicken wings, beef tartare, to cacio e pepe.




The merge between Scandinavia and Japan is the core philosophy at TAK. With nordic produce and Japanese cooking techniques, TAK’s Head Chef Frida Ronge has developed a robust gastronomic vision that constitutes a red line for everything done in the kitchen. Situated on the top floors overlooking Brunkebergstorg, the 160 capacity restaurant quickly established itself as one of Stockholms culinary institutions after the opening in 2017.


TAK was designed and furnished by award-winning architect Gert Wingårdh. The result is a Nordic environment with elegant and Japanese elements in architecture, interior, and feel — a timeless and disarming atmosphere which is perfected by the spectacular view. How to get there? Just take the elevator up to floor 13.



The Breakfast

Rise and shine with a unique view of Stockholm. Your breakfast is served up at our signature rooftop restaurant TAK. Following the philosophy of the restaurant concept the breakfast consists of Nordic-Japanese flavors and focused on your health and well-being. We believe that bacon is old-school and that Donburi is the new sheriff in town.

Access the restaurant through separate elevators found on the far end of the ground floor Monday-Friday 06:30 – 10:00 and Saturday-Sunday 07:00-11:00.
